All this work was done during my studies at the Bristol School of Animation- where I was provided with a stop motion facility and two puppets, which I modified. The assignments fit together roughly into the semblence of a condensed story- the beatnik character, being a rather bohemian fellow, manages to conjure a demonic entity, perhaps it is one of his paintings- do you ever feel there is an intelligence at work, causing you to grow by confounding your ill-concieved efforts? An antogonistic relationship ensues reflecting our own struggle with the ever playfull not-us. Perhaps there is a surrealist black comedy sit-com in there.
